Change in Dues Structure to take effect Jan. 1st.

On January 1st, 2012, the final step in our three-year phase-in of a more progressive dues structure for active members will take effect. This increase will be included in the first paycheck of January 2012. Originally announced by the Union’s Executive Council in January of 2009, this plan was approved after more than two years of discussion. These important changes will strengthen our union by giving us the resources to better represent members and continue to fight for workers rights in these difficult economic times.
