November 2024 - The Thanks for Giving Drive 

The Holidays can be a difficult time for many, and the Good Works Committee has a tradition for providing for those in need at Thanksgiving for decades.  Please consider making a donation to this worthy cause, it is never too early to be thinking about helping members in need during the holidays.  You can send checks to "CSEA Good Works" to CSEA, 760 Capitol Ave., Hartford, CT 06106. These Thanksgiving giftcards are only made possible through the generous donations provided from money raised from Council, Chapter and Individual donations to the Good Works Committee.

February/March 2025 - Special Olympics.  The Connecticut Winter Special Olympics dates are being set!  If you would like an opportunity to volunteer helping the athletes during their events or the ceremonies, we will have detailed information coming soon!

May 2025 - Habitat for Humanity Build

This past May, 20 volunteers from CSEA took part in a Habitat for Humanity build in East Hartford.   It was a fantastic day for our members to get to work building homes for others in need.  Not only are volunteers needed, but monetary donations are needed to sponsor the volunteers.
