Note From Jan Lawrence, P-4 President: Welcome to our P4 home page. Thanks for joining P4! The “P“ in P4 stands for Professional. We are engineers, scientists and IT professional employees working together to make our worksites and professions the best they can possibly be. We hope you will become active in our P4 council including our local chapters by volunteering, attending meetings, and becoming a leader at your worksite.  There are multiple opportunities to get elected to chapter and P4 officer positions as well as being a delegate to our P4 Council, where you are authorized to vote for specific motions before the council. P4 Council meets the first Thursday of every month.  Understand that every action you take in solidarity makes us stronger. Each one of us has unique skills and talents to contribute to make our worksites better, to keep our union strong. We work together, through collective bargaining and worksite leadership, to keep our benefits, wages and retirement securities in place. Your voice is important to our council! We strive to provide as much information as possible through these meetings and various communications throughout the year. Please reach out to me or any union officer or staff representative with your questions or suggestions.  Without you and your vision, we cannot succeed.
