Important Notice Regarding Trinity and Aetna Contract Negotiations |

We want to inform you of the ongoing contract negotiations between Trinity Health and Aetna, which while at first glance may have raised concerns, but will not have an impact on member coverage. The current Trinity Health contract, covering Aetna’s Commercial and Medicare Advantage (MA) plans, is set to expire on January 1st. While both parties have stated that they are not close to an agreement at this time, we want to assure you that this situation will not impact your access to care.
Trinity Health has committed to continuing care for our Medicare Advantage members, even if they go out of network with Aetna. While you may receive letters regarding this from both Trinity and Aetna as required by law, please rest assured that your care will remain uninterrupted and with no changes to your out-of-pocket costs.
