Pay Scales for the 2024-2025 FY are now available on the State’s website (see link below). These pay scales are effective June 28, 2024. As a reminder, the general wage increase, also known as the cost of living increase (COLA), occurs on July 1^st. The annual increment (AI), or step progression, happens on January 1. On April 22, 2024, the General Assembly passed the negotiated wage agreement for 2024-2025. This agreement guarantees members a 2.5% general wage increase plus a step (if eligible).
