After several months of work, we are happy to have reached a Tentative Agreement. This TA is ready for ratification.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have a signed membership card on file for you.

On behalf of the CSEA non-certified staff, I would like to thank you all for welcoming us into your programs throughout the day on Wed.(2-8-23).  
  It's clear our by-laws require an in-person vote, which poses logistical challenges. However, it's a beautiful opportunity to give our staff a voice and a vote on a contract that will impact their lives:) 
  I look forward to seeing our members out there voting while also utilizing Building Stewards and CSEA Hartford Reps. to secure the vote while maintaining the integrity of the ballot box:)  
  In the future, I hope to amend our by-laws which would allow us to vote electronically moving forward:)
